After seeing Anne around open homes for the last 2 years and building a consultative relationship with her we decided to go on the market using Anne and the team at Parnell Partners. Great people to deal with !

I was disappointed with the management of how it was put on the market. I was promised one price and on the sales agreement was much less and I was rushed to sign there and then without and any explanation. The display board was taken down before the due date as signed in the agreement and also from the website.

In 2019 we signed a rental management agreement with Parnell and made some simple improvements to the property based on Anne's recommendations. This resulted in securing a tenant for $200/ week more than quoted to us by another agent. The house was tenanted almost continuously over the next 3.5 years despite a couple of tenants leaving to purchase homes. Communication was easy and any works needed were actioned promptly over the rental period. We were not living in Sydney so relied 100% on Parnell to manage the property well.Asking Anne to manage the sale of our house this year then was a no-brainer.Again we followed her advice and sold for so much more than we had hoped for and within a week! She was communicating non-stop with us and potential buyers during the marketing campaign and she had our confidence that the best price possible would be achieved. If you want to rent your house w these agents, beware ! They took extensive photos of our place claiming that the tenants leaving the premises had to comply to the state of the property at the time of their leaving .Tenants left w the pool looking green, the tiles all black and cobwebs all over the place and the gardens looking wild and unkempt - yet no claim was deducted from the bond. They did not serve the owners - we bent over backwards to accommodate tenant demands conveyed to us.Never again. You don’t get what you pay for.

Easily the worst real estate agent I have ever worked with. We were initially lied to about who lived on the property with us, we got no responses for any of the issues around the house (including injuries that were caused by not getting things fixed) and when we alerted the real estate to all the lease breaks we got a simple response of we are looking into it." I would not trust this company ever again
