Really confused how this place is operating. I had a 6 week ultrasound done here in late December, saw the heartbeat and then the report a week later said there was no heartbeat or viable pregnancy!! I had to have an emergency ultrasound done the day I was moving intrastate done elsewhere to wonder why I hadn’t miscarried only to see a perfectly healthy baby. Now, months late I’m getting harassers by my old GP to review some new tests done on 16/5 - when I live two hours away and haven’t been back. The GP won’t stop harassing me to come and get these results even though I didn’t have anything done. Their response? 1. Just ignore it. 2. Oh maybe we put someone else’s number into their results.Not good enough. This is private confidential information and really shouldn’t be happening, and honestly the incorrect report shouldn’t have been a thing either.

I did my food x-ray as a walk-in patient. I had to wait more than 45 minutes but The technician was very attentive and thorough. I’m happy with the service but need to improve the waiting time.

I sent an email of complaint. ZERO ANSWER. Not even an I am sorry letter.I had liquid removed from my right toe to check for Gout and then a steroid injection on 16 February around 10am.First, the receptionist was less than kind and a very edgy person getting frustrated easily (long black straight haired young lady, 25-35 years old). But that is nothing.The specialist didn't use local anesthesia, and the extraction hurt like nothing I experienced before. Then I found out he could have used anesthetics instead of torturing me with a needle on my already hurting toe.This is serious. We are patients, not numbers and deserve respect.If you can't have a proper receptionist and a proper specialist, then you shouldn't have a health care imaging center.Shame on you Hills Imaging Centre.

Dreadful. Tried booking an appt for mri. Waited 45 mins on phone. Fed up. Hung up. Tried again in afternoon. Same 'All our operators (yeahright) are busy. One of our team will answer shortly'. Finally got in car to go up in person and part way decided that if my experience reflects their general attitude to service I'll go somewhere else.

Thanks so much for the team. My mum had a fall and we went to the imaging centre at around 4pm. Even though they are busy, the receptionist managed to arrange X-ray for her. My mum was in a lot of pain so the x ray lady I think her name is Lizzy was very dental and patient. Normally the scan result will be available a few days later but the lady printed for us straight away because my mums had a fracture. Then we took this straight to ED and get my mums hip replaced in a few days. Everything done quickly and efficiently so my mum was less in pain. We are so lucky to meet the team at Lumus. Exceptional service

Horrible policy! Horrible Receptionists! Horrible system! Worst experience ever with imaging center! You are not allowed to get your own copy of your images unless you pay out of pocket fees! They cannot give you even soft copy of your images because it is “CONFIDENTIAL”!!!!!Other imaging centers grant you an online access to all of your reports and images, but with Lumus, all you get is “No”!! Will never deal with them again!

Polite and friendly reception staff made it easy to make a booking and check in. Ultrasound and X-ray staff were friendly and efficient. In and out in no time.Great imaging centre to deal with. Also accidentally left my EarPods and the lovely receptionist was nice enough to take to the medical centre in the building so I could pick up after they had closed. Above and beyond.

Ultrasound done at Linus imaging and results to be ready in 24 hours. Appointment with dr 48 hours after scan. Report not done!!!! Told to go to imaging reception and ask for report!!! Not my job. Told Dr not done it and told to wait maybe an hour or longer. Appalling service. Disgusting

Could I suggest when a report is sent to a DR that an email is sent to the patient so they know when to book an appointment for the results. Currently we do not know when to see the DR and when in pain this can be distressing
