It's funny how a business shown no interest at all in selling their products to consumers, I rang to make inquiries to buy electrical cables and electrical accessories for my new home and was given the impressions that if you don't have an account with us we are not interested in selling them to you. I was told, It will take one week to set up the account, can you help me set one up? a big No was the answer, you need to jump online to do it. I spent 1 hour and just could not register for the account. I gave it up.

So I enquired about a product via email to the store asking if they would have any in stock - a reply from a very helpful staff member by the name of BRI was amazing with customer service. Not only did she reply in record time, she provided a purchase order as well. She noted that the item would be available in 2-3 days. The communication to and fro couldn’t be any clearer. She kept me updated from enquiry to product in hand.To my surprise I got an email that same afternoon saying that the item is ready to be picked up at my earliest convenience.Big thanks to BRI for your help. Middy’s is very lucky to have someone like BRI in the company to provide outstanding service.Cheers
