Poor customer service.A good thing the technicians fixing the equipment are doing a good job.Shaun dealing with me was borderline arrogant...couldn't be bothered saying hi" or any kind of acknowledgement on arrival (a basic technique in customer service ! ). I probably annoyed him during is cigarette at the back of the shop...Spent more than $500 on repairs (price is not the issue) and he couldn't be bothered to say thank you after that!Pity!"

Fast, professional and effective pump and chlorinator repairs.My 7 year old chlorinator stopped working and they diagnosed and fixed it the same day for 20% of the cost of buying a new one.Why would you go to a pool shop and have your pump or chlorinator sent away, then wait days to be told you need to buy a new one off them? It happened to me, and my chlorinator was easily repairable at Complete Pumps.

Affordable pool care from a company more focussed on helping you than turning a profit on stuff you don't need. I literally saved hundreds of dollars with their help when my chlorinator died and the only solution I was offered from other shops was a total replacement. They gave me the circuit board I needed for $50. ... my fav pool shop ever!

I took a chlorinator in for a quote on possible repair. I was asked to pay $45 upfront for the quote which I did. I was not happy with the price quoted for the repair and told Shawn that I would not like to proceed with the repair and would happily forfeit my $45 at this point. This is when Shawn became verbally abusive on the phone When I picked up my equipment he would not speak with me in person. I’m not at all happy with the Poor service.
