A real pathetic amount of topping on my tuna sub. Make sure to ask for a little more or you will surely be hungry afterwards.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our sandwiches today. We got them delivered through menulog so I'm not commenting on customer service, but the quality of our food was appalling. The onion made my partner gag and he said it tasted like it had gone bad. Half the toppings and sauce was outside the sandwich as well. Very dissatisfied.

Unless staff asked for toasted got burnt and black and was told thats how it is if you want the cheese melted. Cant even pick it up without turning to crumbs

I never leave bad reviews as I understand mistakes happen however I feel this is a little too bad to not mention. I bit into a large sharp shard of metal about 3cm long halfway through my sub. It looks like part of a metal can. I’m not sure how this even got in my sandwich and why it was in your veg in the first place. I’m also not sure how your staff member put it on my sandwich and didn’t notice. This is such a ridiculous hazard that could’ve ended a lot worse. I don’t have the option to add photos but I will happily sent them to management if necessary.

Thankyou so much to the lovely young man working today. After menulog delivered our food to the wrong address I reordered and rang the store to ask could they please inform the driver not to go to the wrong address again. The subway employee was so kind and understanding and made sure our food came to the right address second time around. His phone manners were beautiful and so was the food he made for us. Subway is lucky to have such a wonderful young man working for them!
