In this case, it falls into the latter category.Scott arrived on time, tagged all our appliances (a few more than we'd originally requested), cleaned up all mess - overall, highly recommended.

Arranged a time for him to visit and he failed to show. Waited half an hour then when I called he had clearly forgotten but said he would be there in half an hour. Waited another 2 hours and called but he didn't pick up. No reply to texts either. Never heard from him again. Terrible service, very unprofessional, would never recommend.
