Siobhan was literally the most gentle hairdresser/barber I've ever had. Was a genuinely soothing and nice sensory experience. My fringe came out exactly how I wanted it! Woo!

Been coming here for years now, I see Ricky, they're fantastic. Impossibly lovely human and such a talented barber/hairdresser. Always does an amazing job & is such a sweetheart to chat to. Everyone else is great too, including the cats who keep you company on the couches and are utter legends. A really warm, happy space to be in. Couldn't recommend more.

I’ll never go anywhere else again. As a woman, going into a barber can be intimidating. And as a queer woman, I want that sort of short gay hair only a barber can give. Danny and the whole team at Louis the Hare create a safe and fun environment for everyone to come in and realise their hair dreams. I’ve been getting my hair cut here for 5 years and now and will continue to till hell freezes over. Thanks team, you’re all literally the best.

Danny has been my barber for the past 5 years, always a perfect cut, all the guys in this shop are friendly, so do the cats. Definately give them a go.

A beautiful, inclusive atmosphere with lovely people. I've had a curly cut with Danny, he listened and contributed to the vision for my hair and left me feeling equipped to manage my do post cut. Banter and cats are an added bonus

Bunch of wonderful humans making my hair brilliantly queer. 10/10 recommend for a fade, a buzz, a bowl, a mullet and those days where you know your hair needs a cut but you also don’t know what else to ask for besides “make me look queer please” like the pathetic little human you are.

Siobhan is very down to heart and friendly. Provided with the exact service I was after. All staff seems to be friendly and welcoming. They spend full time and give full effort for each client. Highly recommend!

Ricky is the undisputed King of Fades in Melbourne and well worth the 15km bike ride north to Reservoir. A friendly and inviting barbershop where everyone is welcome, full of talented and colourful individuals from the barbers to the framed cartoons on the walls. There’s also a friendly cat who’s always keen to greet you on arrival.
