Staff at head office are not helpful.Class size too big with children in the wrong levels and nothing can get done. Try and find a quiet centre or give it a miss. Not worth your time as in the higher levels your children will not learn anything.

First week excellent. 2nd week no good. Both grandkids in same class yet one was supposed to be in higher level. Seems the same happing to other kids too.

Worked our summer camping around our 5 day booking which was minimal day choices anyhow. Then day prior get sms day 1 was cancelled. Next day get another sms day 2 is cancelled. What’s the point doing 3 days. Refund does not give back wasted time.

Such a fantastic experience with Vicswim. My sons, including one who is autistic, had lessons at the Mill Park program last holidays. Caring, considerate and absolutely amazing instructors and great progress with both kids. Can't recommend them highly enough.
