I am currently building my dual-occupancy property with AKKO engineering and i highly recommend them.They are a very dedicated team, very honest and really keen on delivering the best customer experience. The work progress is going according to the projected time frame and up to the expected quality and the agreed aspects. Rafik, in particular, is very professional and an expert in the field.

Rafik the owner is brilliant at doing just two things:1 - He never takes the responsibility for his mistakes, keep blaming anything or any one for his failures.2 - He never pays his subcontractors, what he agreed he will.All listed good reviews are from his relatives and are not from actual clients.You should never trust this business.

Most dedicated Engineer I have ever worked with!!

Communications with Rafik has been incredibly difficult to the point that he will block your number and email.He has refused to update his drawings to compliance to Sydney Water Technical Guidelines under the advice from Water Service Coordinators, and then blocked communications with them. We had to engage another engineer to redo the drawings so we can get the Building Plan Approval.Rafik you were paid to do a job yet you refused to complete it. You refuse to talk to me, that's fine, at least refund the client for work incomplete and headache you caused.Peter. thanks for reaching out to me. Appreciate the chat yesterday. Got my storm water plans done on time very happy with this company

Excellent. Got my home extension completed and very happy with job.Well done and thanks again .

Worst person to deal with

This Company doesn't fulfill with their obligations. I hired them to prepare a storm water plan, and Rafik, ''mistakenly'' delivered the wrong plans, refused admitting responsibility and demanded more money to fix the plans. I agreed and paid him more money, After receiving the council approval, I discovered that Rafik still delivered the incorrect plans. tried contacting the company to fix the plans and as usual, no one answers. Now i have to engage with a new company and pay for a new plan to be done. Thant's just outrageous. Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star to post my feedback, which they don't even deserve.
