I requested to have my 35 spare tyre flipped (white text to inside). I then had to remove and re-fit the wheel to the vehicle myself in their driveway. I wash charged $50 for what would have taken maybe 5 minutes of labor and $1 in materials

Called for replacement tyres for parents car..they had what was needed..were able to fit us in straight away..sent us for coffes at local cafe..wheel alignment and fitting done and dusted. Right place right time..thx so much for your help..

Couldn’t be any happier with my recent purchase from these guys!! They recommend the Yokohamas as a mud tyre and I’m very impressed. They went above and beyond with the install such as painting the drums behind my new wheels to make them look EXTRA clean. Great service and great pricing. Highly highly recommended !!

i referred michael to son and wife’s car after he did a A1 alignment and balance. Honest appraisal and no pushy sales for tyres- if you need tyres you will get a great dealif you can get a bit more life out of current tyres he will tell you so. moved from cheltenham to Baxter but still travel to entrust michael with a perfectly tracking car. thanks Team!

Probably the worst customer service ever. They make a mistake, do not apologize, do not try and rectify the situation promptly, are rude and condescending, and then have the audacity to ask for payment to rectify their mistake!

Michael & the team know how to look after their customers! I had them put on 4 new Yokohama tires & could not fault their customer service and pricing! I'll definitely be back for my next set of tires!

Friendly and helpful staff . The prices were good. Loose a star as they said the wheel covers I had were from repco and were not the ones for my car and that they had customers who came back saying they had fell off. So if mine fell off, they wouldn't be to blame. The covers are for that size of wheel. I don't see what the make of car has to do with it.They then proceeded to hand me my car back with one missing. When I got home, I checked the other 3 .All had been fitted wrongly and were loose and about to fall off. I would suggest that before you blame your customers, you teach your guys how to fit them properly or tell your customers that they have to fit them themselves. Just a suggestion.

Rang up in the morning and said I had a flat tyre, and they fit me straight in, fast and easy service.Great customer service, Highly recommend!
