Contacted Hairy Poppins Pet Nannies at the last minute for a dog walking service and on a public holiday too! Our first time entrusting our dog with someone we didn't know so I was nervous. The lovely lady that runs this business went above and beyond to help me with a pet nanny/dog walker and the lady she sent us - Faith, was just perfect and I felt like I could relax. So grateful to you both for your help which meant so much to my daughter as we were able to do our one non-dog friendly activity while away with our beloved dog. I highly recommend this pet service.

Novella has looked after our pets on several occasions and we are extremely happy with the service and care she provides. It is very reassuring to know your four-legged family members are happy and comfortable in their own home with a genuinely caring and reliable person attending to their daily needs. Novella at Hairy Poppins cared for our two cats and two somewhat naughty Jack Russell terriers while we were on holidays on several occasions. On one holiday, we were forced to change the care arrangements from one to twice daily visits. Novella was flexible and helpful. Our pets were always well cared for, which meant we could enjoy our holiday without stress.

I been using the cat sitting service since December 2022 for daily visits and feeding of my cat. I get daily updates and my my cat is taken well care of while I been away.

It doesn't stop there though...I have been given an absolutely fantastic nanny who went above and beyond to meet at short notice, got to know the boys and what they liked, and even agreed to regular cuddles during the days - just because they warmed to her to much!She provides me with text and email updates whilst I'm working interstate which really makes my day! It's great to receive a little note about their day and a few pictures showing the mischief they are up to.The ladies at Hairy Poppins are absolute Angels, whether it's a planned trip or a last minute SOS for help they are there to make life easy and provide you with complete peace of mind.

Novella is wonderful and we know she takes good care of our dog when we go away. It's great not having to put our dog into a boarding kennel and worry about unnecessary vaccinations and disrupting his comfort zone. I would definitely recommend Hairy Poppins for other peoples pets.

Hairy Poppins Pet Nannies have been looking after our pet family for the past 2 1/2 years and we wouldn't consider anyone else. Our cats are always happy to see us at the end of our holiday and look contented and even a little rotund.Novella even watered our tomato plants this time during the heat wave to try and save them. Professional, trustworthy, reliable and friendly.Novella looked after my dog as if he was her own. After three months of walks with her team, my dog was the fittest he had ever been! Novella was really easy to deal with, prompt with communication and very flexible. Highly recommend!

I almost gave up to go for a vacation with my husband and his friends as I have to look after my four cats and I didn't want to leave them at any pet boarding facility.
