I was wary of storing my cars and house contents after reading the reviews here, but.... I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and how helpful the staff were.The facilities are clean and well kept. Everything that was promised was delivered and I cannot recommend this company highly enough!I think this facility offers an excellent, cost effective storage option for caravans, cars, house contents, etc. There are containers, a car shed and lots of different sized storage sheds at very reasonable prices.

Payment was taken out on my credit card. I paid from my account to theirs. So it was paid twice they never picked it up until I called and asked. The receptionist was so rude. Have not had it credited back as yet. Then they put the rent up $12 a month and said I owe them back pay. Unbelievable. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I needed a space, so booked on line. When I went to the site to pay, I was shown the space I rented and it was too small. The team went above and beyond to help me get the right size space I needed as my furniture was arriving in 2 days. Highly recommend National Storage Edmonton.

My storage fees went up 26.5% in 10 months.When i signed up they said i could get rat baits free from them if needed..When i asked for rat bait a few months later they told me to buy my own.My furniture is covered in dust even under covers.Dirty place to store stuff with rats,mice and spiders.Rude arrogant staff.

The staff have always been very helpful. We had to ship an item from our storage unit while interstate - they extended our access pass to pack the item, let us store it in the office awaiting pick up, and even assisted the delivery driver with the forklift loading the pallet. This saved us a great deal of money (and headache). Chris was extremely friendly and understanding with us being interstate - would recommend.

So far my experience has been good.The storage shed was clean and so far no leaks that I can tell. The people in the office are very friendly aswell.

Easy access. Driveway units are perfect. Access is only 5am to 9pm but suits us. Only issue is all the potholes.

Bookings was a breeze! Steph was amazing over the phone. We met the cool guy Chris on a Saturday who was easy & fantastic to deal with. He showed us our unit, signed paperwork all under 10 minutes. Chris displayed briliant customer service & was willing to assist us in every way possible. I highly recommend National Storage Edmonton.

This is the old meat works which means it is insulated really well providing that extra protection from the humidity in Cairns which is an absolute nightmare for anyone storing long term. It also means a lot of the units can be driven right up to and undercover which is also a bonus when it's pelting down or stinking hot. This place has also survived every major cyclone untouched.The facilities are clean and staff are lovely! The complimentary Ute and trailer provided for move in is an absolute bonus and saves heaps of money for additional hire.
