First visit to this particular store. Absolutely no customer service,!! Walked in and immediately found the item I was looking for , meanwhile a dark haired older lady with glasses was standing near where I was and didn't bother to acknowledge me until I had to say ,'excuse me, I have a quick question,'. She seemed bothered that I asked her anything and I didn't continue asking as I felt she energy was off. Unfortunately I had come in to purchase some early Xmas presents so didn't get all the items I came to the store for..Young girl at counter was at least better at pretending to be.nice

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at the Pharmacy, after being a member for over two years at Priceline pharmacyOn the 24-June around 10.25 amI visited this pharmacy to return and seek a refund for a range of medications I had purchased for my IVF cycle which costed approximately $780. Unfortunately, the treatment did not result in a successful pregnancy, and I had no need to continue taking the medications. As a result, I approached the pharmacy with my receipts and explained the situation. Regrettably, the encounter left me feeling extremely disappointed and emotionally unsupported.Upon explaining my circumstances to the pharmacist, I had hoped for a compassionate response and understanding. However, she, the pharmacist displayed a lack of empathy and failed to acknowledge the emotional toll that an unsuccessful IVF cycle can have on an individual. Instead of providing the reassurance and support I needed, the pharmacist's response was cold and detached.I was informed that the medication needed to be inspected to ensure it had not been used before any refund could be processed. While I understand the importance of maintaining proper procedures, the manner in which this information was conveyed was devoid of any emotional sensitivity. I totally understand and practice the best of keeping the medication in good condition for my own use or other. But the pharmacist's lack of empathy and failure to acknowledge the challenging situation I was facing only exacerbated my feelings of disappointment.Furthermore, the pharmacist went on to remark that I should not expect assistance with refunds in the future. This comment was not only unhelpful but also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer service. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of support and understanding, particularly during sensitive circumstances such as failed IVF treatment.Ultimately, I only received a partial refund of $130, which was significantly less than the original cost of the medications with the excuse that some of the medications were purchased together and cannot be refunded partially.Considering the substantial emotional and financial investment associated with fertility treatments, I had hoped for a more compassionate and accommodating response from the pharmacy staff.In conclusion, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of emotional support and understanding displayed by the pharmacist during my visit. As a customer, I believe it is crucial for healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, to approach sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. It is my hope that this review raises awareness about the importance of providing compassionate customer service, particularly in situations as delicate as infertility treatments.

Purchased items online that were for some reason sent to me from this Priceline and not a warehouse. Requested an exchange and was told it would need to be sent back to the original store that sent it and they could only process a refund, not exchange. I was told that it would take 3-5 business days to refund once the items were received, which according to the tracking number was the 27th of February. Followed up on the 12th of March as no refund was received, then I was told it was somehow missed. I was then told on Thursday the 14th that it could actually be exchanged and I would receive a call that evening. No call or follow up and when I called yesterday I was told I would need to wait til a particular staff member is at work today to let me know what is happening. I finally received a call today to say they have processed my refund, one month later. Terrible customer service and communication. Definitely won’t be shopping at Norwood Priceline ever again (if I get a choice where my products are sent from!)

I'd give the team top marks. Every time I've been in, someone from their team has been quick to help me find what I'm after. I've noticed they're happy to give advice - and I've never felt as if I'm being 'led' in a certain direction for their benefit. Heaps of choices. And for the sorts of things I buy, I'm usually pretty pleasantly surprised at the prices. Yep - I gave them a 10 out of 10 for good reason.

A huge thanks to the staff who came to my grandfathers aid after he took a fall today. They stayed with him until we were able to get there and continually checked in on us until the ambulance came. We are extremely grateful for the care he was given!

Staff are always so rude and never receive my scripts when sent from my specialist. A 10 minute wait turns into a 40 minute wait. I’m made to feel like it’s my fault they cannot find my details. I leave feeling flustered and worse than when I came in. No bed side manner or caring nature in this place!

Apparently this is the 'fertility' pharmacy. Couldn't be further from the truth!Using a specific protocol with our doctor and the pharmacist" refused to adhere to the doctors instruction. If I could give 0 stars I would. Jordan
