I want to give the heads up to Matthew Cunningham at Pro Computers as to the quality of service he gives to their customers. I had occasion to phone today 21Sep2022 and once more, as always, Matthew was a cheerful friendly voice at the end of the phone. He listened to my computer problem, and was obliging, helpful and knowledgeable, an absolute credit to his company. I was already a satisfied customer before Pro Computers had the foresight to employ this helpful young man. When I was looking to buy a new you-beaut PC back in 2017, I had the good fortune to have Matthew's guidance in putting together the right package for me. He knew his product and he knew what would suit my needs. I always direct people to Pro Computers for their team's exceptional service. I have been a long term customer for 15 and more years. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNOver the last ten years I have had many dealings with Matthew at the Rockhampton Prop Computer office. Matthew has set up two computers for me over the years and with much patience has guided me through their operation. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Matthew and he is always so willing to assist whether it be in the office or over the telephone. I have always found Matthew to be super efficient, always courteous and I believe he has the patience of a saint when dealing with me, the not so technology savvy. I really can't say enough good things about Matthew. He is an absolute credit to the Pro Computer office.

We are not very technology confident but Matt and the team are always more than happy to answer any of our questions and provide us with professional advice when it comes to our computer needs. Our experience at Pro Computers was excellent. Matt took time out of his day to answer all of our queries with obvious expertise and solved our computer problems very quickly despite their huge workload. I did not expect this as we are not regular clients. The price was lower than I expected as well as the extra servicing like cleaning and tidying up of the machine.
