Unfortunately, I had a number of issues with a product I had purchased from the store (Bose earphones). However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpfully - The poor experience I had with the product (due to a manufacturing fault) was more than made up for with the outstanding service from the floor staff. The advice I received was honest and the issues was rectified quickly.

So thrilled with our service last month in February with the floor manager Jessica! So grateful for the knowledgeable, kind and patient attention you gave my 2 children and I as we navigated running shoes and rollerblades, and they asked you a million questions. You never rushed us, it was so refreshing. Thank you so much! Was really reaffirming to experience such wonderful service. :)

I visited this store mainly to buy some shoes and wasn’t disappointed. They have a large variety of walking/running shoes at reasonable prices. The layout of the store was easy to navigate and the staff was very helpful and friendly (special thanks to Jacob who went above and beyond to help me). Highly recommend!

Went there for click and collect. I approached the counter and was served immediately, and the gentleman was very helpful in acquiring all the items for the order in a timely manner. Other available staff members also assisted in acquiring the items for the order.

Inadequately trained staff (might not be their fault), having very poor knowledge of the products they are selling. Database of products is absolutely way out of date, does not provide an answer about actual availability of items either.

Set up was so so, did not like the bright lights. Went to get some running shoes and was happy with the service and the staff were helpful in getting the right fit! Great customer service, however not a fan of the lighting and spacing.
