Kids Club Child Care Murrumbeena Centre

Kids Club is an absolutely amazing care facility! We had recently had to move daycare as the last care facility had dropped the ball.Even though my little boy was ready to move, it was still a worrying experience for me however right from the first tour all the way through to leaving him a full day the kind and wonderful staff at Kids Club have been nothing short of extraordinary.They have been so supportive of both my child and our family transition into our new daycare and are always kind, genuine and absolutely wonderful with the kids.The menu is so impressive and they are super careful around children who have allergies and are educational in the way they advise the children of the need for care when it comes to this. The facility is a fantastic purpose built centre and the communication from educators and administration has been second to none.The biggest thing I’ve noticed with my child is that he is finally getting an education which was non existent at the last care facility. When I walk in to drop him off there is a sense of calm and organisation but the kids are clearly enjoying themselves and the experiences they are having on a daily basis.

Worst childcare. Avoid at all costs. They sit the kinder kids in front of a screen half the day, they let my 6 month old fall asleep on the floor and didn’t even notice. One of the kinder teachers is a complete liar and can’t be trusted. Do not send your kids here.

Fabulous centre! The staff are very caring, knowledgable and genuinely love the kids. The curiculum is incredible - especially for the older kids rooms, my almost 3 year old is doing research projects and presenting them to the class! This is setting them up so well for the future. Very impressed with the communication and the updates (including photos and videos) they provide on the kids throughout the day. Food is amazing as well! And the facilities are 5 star. I have a little boy almost 3 and another almost 1 and have been just so impressed with Kids Club Murrumbeena. Could not recomend more highly.

We couldn't be happier with the love and support our two children receive from all the staff and educators at Kids Club Murrumbeena. Everything these guys do; the app communication and photos, the nutritious meals the kids eat, the education they receive, the wonderful care ... and most importantly the loving environment, is absolutely amazing. Everyone works so hard. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing childcare center. My daughter attends Kids Club Murrumbeena and we couldn't be happier. All the team members Jaime, Dee, Shrimala, Kulvinder, Ashley and others are simply the best. They go above and beyond to support my kid, make me feel welcome and open to discuss any issue if I have. They update with Photos and videos of my little one with day to day activities is amazing. I have never seen this in other care centers. They do such a fine job, educating children that my daughter is always eager to join her room and play with friends. I have sent my daughter to other day care centers but Kids Club Murrumbeena is the best, Do not look elsewhere, this is best center I can recommend.

We feel really lucky to have found these guys. The educator's team is great and take so much care of our little which gives us such a piece of mind. The management team is also very supportive and is always keen to accommodate our requests as parents. A shout out to Julia and Ash who are the rock star managers and of course to the hard working and lovely educators: Min, Sandy, Stella, Penny, Patty, Suganya. Thank you for your hard work, guys!

We made the big move changing childcare centres to move our son closer to home and to the newly opened Kids Club Murrumbeena Centre. We were super impressed from Day 1. The management team are an absolute delight and in each room we entered, we were greeted by teachers with big warm smiles and an introduction. The facilities are beautiful and our son is excited to run into 'kinder' each day to play with his friends, and his favourite toys.We highly recommend this centre.

Not a review for Murrumbena centre (Ashley was great when showing us around and I love their centre) but more so for the admin team of Kidsclub instead.After the tour, I was told that they don't have anything available so will put me in the wailist, which is fine, so I didn't have high hope.The following day, a prep from Kidsclub, didn't catch her name, called me and said they have Friday available for me, she's going to send me a link (never happened) to their online system so I can create an account, fill out the details and send booking request for Friday, then they'll waitlist me for the other days, the centre will send back the offer and so on... She specifically said I have 72 hours to do so, otherwise she can't keep my spot. I had everything written down cause it's my first born so I didn't have experience with the process.The email never came so I had to go to their website, find the link and did what was told.The next day she called again and said they now don't have anything for me because their policy is 2 days minimum and she has a note on my case saying she needs to call Murrumbena centre to confirm availability?!!I mean what's the whole point of calling me the day before then?!! I was looking after my baby so didn't have time to argue.She said I'm now put back to their waitlist and she'll call again next month to update if I want to.The worst part is she didn't even say sorry for this mess and saying as if it's my fault for not understanding our previous conversation correctly?!!Very disappointed! Their internal communication certainly needs to be improved.

I am returning to work after having my first baby. My 7 month old daughter is attending Kids Club Murrumbeena 2 days a week.As a new mum, I was very anxious about leaving my daughter in someone else’s care, however after orientation my nerves were completely settled!Ash and Jaimi have been very helpful with administrative questions and were so welcoming from the moment we walked in the doors.The room leader and carers are outstanding. I knew that my daughter immediately felt safe with them…not to mention happy, she smiles and is very amused!I am so grateful for Kids Club Murrumbeena!Thank you to all the staff!
