I have been using Roland printers and cutters for over 25 years and I would 100% recommend anyone in the market for sign equipment to call them first when deciding on which brand to run in your sign shop. All my machines have been reliable and easy to operate.Also a huge shout out to Alan and Chris that have installed, serviced plus always there for any tech support needed over the years.

Ummmm had them come service my printer in Melbourne. The man was there for bit over 2 hours. I walked in to see what he was doing, the first hour he just pulled his computer apart and was on the phone complaining about his computer.Then he got me to set up my computer and plug it in to the printer. He put a USB stick in my computer, I didn't see what he did.My computer can't connect to the printer now it's lost the parameters.So he left my printer is not working at all now and he charged me for one hour work.There is a peice of either my printer or his computer I found on the floor.What I have worked out is when I turn on my computer 2 small screens pop up now saying about some lost log in with a name John. John is the name of the person I brought the printer and computer off.My friend thinks that he has taken the information and it's on his USB stick.He claims my computer broke his USB stick.So he didn't break my printer or computer but my computer broke his USB stick........Oh and the printer was wanting the felt wiper changed, I had one there. He didn't want to change it he said that's not the problem.i just thought if the printer is asking for that then do it, I changed the rubber one that removed error 101.....Then to top it off the man was in a Roland van on the freeway to Geelong being a goose, get it front of me hop in my lane then slow down ???????If he has a problem with me he knows where I live, just come here.......

Contacted them today with a printing problem. Their solution would put me out of business. They wanted me to slow down my printer by a factor of 4 to solve a printing problem where everything worked last week and nothing changed excepted the day. Buy something else. Forty three years in the printing industry. Still getting disappointed. LEF 300 UV printer. Avoid it.

I absolutely love my Lef 200, I had to contact support as I was having issues with my zero point. Support was extremely helpful, very patient and fixed my problem straight away. Luckily it was only a setting I hadn’t changed correctly, but they were very understanding. I highly recommend

Customer Service not what is advertised, 5 months to diagnose faulty electrical issues on the machine under warranty, then blame the damage caused by the delay on the consumer! To inform warranty void due to the delay!
