No customer service once they've made the sale and made promises with no intention of keeping.Purchased a couch sets from Nick Scali auburn store. As we were currently building and experiencing possible delays it was explained we would not be ready for delivery possibly till end December at the very earliest. However, it would likely be more likely end February or later. The sale person at the auburn store assured us this would not be a problem and they could hold the furniture for several months easily. When we received the order details via email, we sent a follow up email to confirm what was discussed at point of sale.We received a phone call in early December from the distribution centre for delivery 30 December. We explained that when the sale was made, we were told that the furniture could be held. The distribution call centre is in Manilla Philippines. Despite explaining the situation, we've been told we have to take delivery now. The delivery address is also a closed building site which we have no access to.We have attempted to call the store numerous times but the call is directed to Manila only. We've emailed numerous time but have not had any response. The distribution centre is pushing for delivery and has threatened us with cancelling the order and taking the 40% deposit paid if we do not.We had also ordered a second couch set at the caringbah store and told we would not need to take delivery till end February if need be. The distribution centre has also threatened to cancel that order and take the deposit also.Update: replied to the email hello@nickscali as requested and the email failed to deliver due either the email address couldn't be found or unable to receive emails. Either way, it appeared to be a waste of time and it was an automatic response designed to appear to be providing help.

UPDATE: After writing to the email you provided underneath - and no response for weeks now. But that's ok. Turns out the piece is going to rock regardless on CARPET. even though no other furniture piece ever has rocked on it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Be warned, the response times are ridiculous.PREVIOUS: WORST experience. Buying a simple console table has turned into three month saga. Damaged piece 2x - delivery driver refused to take it back - is taking them 6 weeks to come and 'have a look' with no resolution in sight. DO NOT BUY from them - you will be waiting significantly longer time for delivery compared to other furniture stores with just as good quality if not better; and you will never be able to contact this store or any customer service agent as they have just one central call centre somewhere that has significant technical issues and the call drops all the time, and you will be waiting at least 1 hour before you get back in touch.

A wide range of furniture. Staff did not great us for at least ten minutes. Not sure if their sales tactic was to leave us browsing and not greet us for a while. It would have been nice to acknowledge. Not sure if this was because we looked young and they made assumptions. After a good 15 minutes of browsing, we were approaching 3 times shortly one after another and that was annoying.Did we buy? No. Why? Still browsing for inspiration. We did like a coffee table and dining table set. Will come back again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!Just like numerous other reviews here, we have had our delivery rescheduled for no apparent reason. 6 months and counting and still have not received our lounge.On the day of your scheduled delivery you will receive a text advising it has ONCE AGAIN been POSTPONEDNick Scali Auburn - victor and team are full of broken promises.Rubbish company!!! Buyer Beware!

Very disappointing quality. Foam filling disintegrated within 3 years of purchase. This is not covered by their guarantee. I have paid far less for a far superior product. My last sofa lasted 15 years in excellent condition. To need to replace a $3000 sofa within 3 years of purchase is just plain bad.

Unsatisfied with the marble dining table I bought from Nick Scali. It comes with two defects at two corners of the table. Please check the images with the red circle. Even it doesn't affect the use of furniture, we still feel disappointed, especially when we went to Supa Centa Moore Park showroom to see the display table (please check images 3 to 7), which has been displayed more than half a year, but looks more like a brand new one. Ours looks like a faulty-returned one.Although they sent Frank, who was nice and responsible, to repair the table, the best thing he can do is polishing the table. The defects cannot be fixed like a brand new one coz they were not sealed/made properly in the first place like the other two corners.Please check the last two pictures with the black circle (that's the condition after repair), if you guys can say that condition looks like a brand new one, then please go to Nick Scali.Remember: their feedback team won't with you at all. Whenever you called, customer service will push you to the store who will also push you back to customer service - REPEAT. So the issue won't be solved FOREVER.

FIrst and last time I will purchase anything at this store. Worst customer experience in my life!!! The salesman Nick Lamotta forgot to advise me the most vital information prior to buying a recliner. Electric or Battery? In addition to the delivery of dragging my new lounge from from the front of the house to the end of the house. Ridiculous right? Thank goodness I didnt buy a dinning room there he wasnt interested in helping me anyway!. Never again!

No issues with the store, but pretty disgusting warehouse management. Out of the 3 parts of a couch, they had packed one wrong. I mean who can be so dumb to pack such a huge product incorrectly. Luckily the delivery guy spotted it and took it back but after waiting for 12 weeks and paying a premium, we still have no clue when we will get our correct order. Feel this brand is just hype with no quality fulfillment.

Good service in store and a great deal on a quality piece... but...everything after the sale is less than special. There was three months waiting time that turned into a four months waiting time. Then the delivery team could only deliver on a day that suited them but a cash payment (for the delivery) was required, notice which we received the night before. And then cherry on top, they won’t take back the packaging material.
