Noosa Shores Resort

Great two bedroom apartment over looking the Noosa river. Clean, well furnished and quiet. Thoughly recommend.

View and location were great however apartment was very tired (apartment 13) Bathroom very dated, hole in rug and stark in presentation . Photos did not represent apartment and management were defensive and took no responsibility when given feedback.

OMG the views at this place truly showcase everything about Noosa we all love! Gorgeous sunsets, the busy, yet beautiful waterways and shops just a stone's throw from your accommodation offering pizzas, fish & chips, cafe and small well stocked supermarket. We even extended our stay knowing it's hard to beat a location like this!!!

We booked a standard room and expected a dated standard room however, the room was beyond being dated. It was dirty and everything was stained including the bedding, lounge, carpets, rug and the microwave had leftover food in it. After being advised the properties were “thoroughly” cleaned we discovered the windows had a build up of sea salt/mould on them. We thankfully only booked for two nights as it was the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever stayed in. If you get handed the keys for room number 9, hand them back. Everything you mention there’s an excuse or justification for it so don’t bother complaining to reception. You’ll find most reviews have the same type of response. For $400 a night, don’t waste your money.

Perfect quiet getaway & amazing views all day , especially the sunset! Missing a spa tho. Close to everything but away from the hustle main strip.Rooms average & dated but fresh sheets and good quality bed make up for time we were in there. Spent majority out & about and at the pool. Will definitely return tho.

Loved my recent stay at Noosa Shores.The resort is under new management and looking great. The new manager’s were very welcoming & helpful throughout my stay.Room was spacious and tidy. Great location, very quiet and only a short walk to the beach.Can't be anything but a beautiful relaxing stay with that view! Will definitely be back.

Have stayed a few times here over the years in different apartments. Stayed in number 50 (Westen end upper floor) that has never been renovated since being built and it shows. Holes in walls, toilet seat discoloured, kitchen showing its age, water filter next to sink but I don't think it had filters fitted as I have one at home and it comes out much slower due to resistance of filters on water flow. Shelfs missing from second bedroom and broken hinges on washing machine door in bathroom. Fly screen missing on balcony sliding door. Apartment needs a repaint as showing its age. When you book ask if apartment has been renovated if not ask for a big discount. The cleaners are doing a good job as could not fault. Staff at front desk are very helpful.

It is a great place with excellent facilities and gorgeous views. However customer service leaves much to be desired. For a hotel/ resort facility- they expect customers to take down rubbish 4 flights of stairs to rubbish area, ( even if customers happen to be senior citizens. Extremely tight late check out policy. I understand the hospitality business as a whole was affected by Covid- but not in Noosa and in the long run- such cheap, unprofessional conduct will damage the business. Best to stay elsewhere.

Great location, gorgeous sunrise and sunset views over the river. I enjoyed a long weekend getaway with some girlfriends and our ground floor apartment was perfectly positioned close to the pool and BBQ area. Our rooms were very clean, had comfortable beds, and everything we needed at the ready. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, highly recommend and will be back!
