Luke and Dan are a wonderful team, providing the best property management service I have ever come across. They are completely on top of everything, follow up & respond instantly to both the landlord & tenant. They'll even deal with some minor repair issues themselves... basically managing the property as though they owned it. They are truly amazing & I wish I had found them sooner, they are an absolute pleasure to work with!

As an overseas student, so lucky to meet Luke as an agent when I came to rent a house in Australia for the first time. Luke was very friendly to me although he could not speak Chinese, Luke would slow down and take care of me whenever we talked in English. Everything about renting is very fair, completely in accordance with legal procedures, no arbitrary charges. So good for that!

Luke & Green Square Management have been an absolute delight to work with! Getting my property leased was so easy and seamless! Not one day vacant, great tenants in and I think the reason for this is because Luke’s always very responsive and puts a lot of care and thought into the listing and the photography.The inspection photos are detailed, any issues with the property are sorted out fast and I’m also given updates along the way.Great communication, very responsive, and lots of thought and care to get you the best outcome.
