Installation done quickly and well priced.Some after sale service was required and was completed. All done well thanks.

Very disappointed in the after sale service from Airmack. Both ourselves and others we had recommended Airmack to have both had great difficulty getting Steve (the owner) to come out and inspect problems with the unit. Numerous email attempts and text messages, with no response at all. Doesn't answer or return my calls. When I had gotten onto him on two occasions had said he would come around but never did and never followed up, also trying to say that maybe it's just a manufacturer problem. He had originally told me via email when first installed that all warranty issues would be addressed by contacting him, which obviously this has not been the case as he has very poor communication. I'm highly disappointed and would advise people to avoid this company if they don't want to spend $10K on a system that may have problems and not have any support from the installers even though they promise a 5 year warranty.

Very disappointed with after sales service by Steve (Owner) of Airmack. I payed $8900 for a 10KW ducted Aircon for my 4 bedroom and 2 Living area house in two instalments. He promised that he will send all the warranty related info as soon as I clear the final outstanding amount which he never got back to despite numerous phone calls and text messages. Finally, I gave up on him as I don’t think there is any warranty for the work he did. Not to mention he left all the mess as is without cleaning up which I had to clean myself.In addition to that Aircon unit was left unsecured without mounting it on proper brackets or securing it by bolting it down to the ground.I never reviewed anyone on but personally felt I need to put it out there so that other people can make informed decision. Please do yourself a favour by paying few extra bucks and get good service elsewhere. Honestly, there are tons of good Aircon Installers out there who will provide exceptional service.

Still waiting to be paid years later after dropping everything to help Steve out for an 'emergency'. Clearly the emergency was that he hadn't paid his other electrician so needed another small business to screw over. His eventual excuse was some garbage about the guy who referred us to him. Nothing to do with us that you no longer like him. We did the job properly. You should pay for the job properly. This is a disgusting way to do business.
