This is a five star review. This is a fantastic café. Very friendly , very accommodating and give the biggest hellos and goodbyes (loudly) that I love. If you have been there a few times they get to know you personally and make you feel very special. They are lovely people.To the one star" grumpy brigade

The waitress service is very rude. We come here today on 7 March 2023 around 11 am and no one in the cafe. We asked to sit at the table which not close to the door because the door it’s open and windy outside. She said you can’t sit and force us to sit the table near the door. And we decide to move to other place without speaking anything but she told us bye very loudly. I feel weird.

I have come here a few times for the awesome sausage rolls for my daughter. Always friendly prior to today. My son with special needs was with me, he put his foot on the lower part of the counter and was rudely told to take his foot off which I reinforced him also. After I ordered a takeaway cold sausage roll and paid. The owner told us from the other counter to wait outside, literally outside the cafe ( cafe was empty). Thankyou to all The other staff who were so beautiful and friendly. I’m Sorry you’re not inclusive of children , we won’t ever be back after being made to feel so inconvenient and uncomfortable. I was too speechless otherwise I would of just asked for a refund

I am lucky to have Cups & Blooms in my area. The food and coffee here is amazing. Totally recommended the chicken and waffle. Also, the staff is very nice, which is always appreciated.

My favourite local cafe! Only discovered few month ago. Trying different dish every time we go there and so far all delicious!!! Really tasty for me. Kids nuggets and chips is good portion.
