MR Andy seems to give away items from his shop as gift for valued customers. I got a screen protector for my iPhone 12 Pro max as gift. You can clearly understand the level of service and satisfaction he offers to his clients. Apple can’t fix most of the MacBook Pro then offer expensive replacement of everything literally. MR Andy was different and solved problem very promptly.I would recommend his service to everyone I know definitely.

Andy is an absolute gentleman. I took my son here to purchase a secondhand phone, the quality of phone I received. I thought it was brand-new.Andy is a former Apples technician and went to MIT and has one of the most outstanding technical savvy people I’ve ever met. He’s such a gentleman. I actually took my fiancé there to get herself a phone which and it was more than happy to do a deal with and throwing screen protectors. I’m so impressed with this I’m going back to get myself a phone. Thank you Andy

I bought a used Mac from Andy. I noticed when I got home that the camera didn't work. Andy was quick and willing to respond. He ordered a new screen for me from overseas and replaced the defective one under my warranty. No problems. Always willing to help, and very professional and knowledgable. Thanks Andy.

This guy Andy is my life saver. I came here all the way from newcastle to fix the motherboard of surface pro 4. He opened the shop on sunday for me and did the job successfully. I am very happy, will be back again and will recommend Andy and his business to everyone. Satisfied.

Would highly recommend, great service for such a a good price. Had my Mac book pro fixed after water had spilt all over it. Andy’s prices were so much cheeper then what Apple quoted me to have it fixed. Hope I never need anything else fixed but if I do I know where I am going. Thank you Andy.

MR ANDY FRIENDED ME !2018 model 15 inch MacBook Pro. Doesn’t turn on or anything, changed battery took advice from Apple then sold it to Hade Tech. Got an excellent price. MR Andy picked up the item from my home with immediate payment.Funny thing is, he came back after two days with a gift for me to unlock the MacBook from iCloud as I promised him to do so. How did he fixed a dead laptop no idea. But I can give you idea about the gift I got from him. It’s a $80 worth of EarPod which I was planning to buy for a long. Finally dreams come true. Can’t deny the friendly relation he created. Must recommend everyone without questions.

I called Andy to repair my iPhone X screen on 15 minutes notice and he provided fantastic service at a reasonable price (with some great conversations while I waited)! He was very accomodating and worked past his advertised shop hours to ensure my phone was back in my hands as soon as possible. Lovely guy and great service!
