Attended as new patient. Receptionist forgot to give me the paperwork and so I reminded her as I was told to attend 10 minutes earlier to fill it in. Waited in waiting room another 30 minutes past my appointment time and then left. I get it that people run late but nobody even acknowledged that the Chiro was running late or said a single thing to me. Won’t be back. Very unprofessional

The practitioners are professional, kind and caring, they treat you just like family, always going the extra mile to ensure you leave feeling on top of the world.The receptionists are super friendly and caring always going above and beyond to accomodate you.The clinic is clean and tidy and has such a nice vibe as soon as you enter.I couldn’t recommend this practice enough.

I cannot express enough gratitude and thanks to Raelene and Melisa for getting me back on track. I have been a client of theirs for over 8 years. Their expertise has helped me immensely to lead a normal life after being in a world of pain for many years before discovering them. I still have the occasional relapse but they soon fix that and off I go again. Give these ladies a go, I wholeheartedly believe they will be able to help you. The other staff at this clinic are equally wonderful including Rachel the Myotherapy. Plus the receptionists for always squeezing me in at short notice.

I first saw Dr Raelene Hiddle about 10 yrs ago. I was given the most thorough check including (in my case) total top to bottom x-ray. Problems finally identified and treated. After initial care I now return as needed or every six months or so for minor adjustments, despite having moved 20 km away. I thoroughly recommend her and knowing her high standards would expect all her chiropractors would be of the same quality.
