This business has new owners since Jan 2023.I was a very happy customer previously.This time, 18 Feb 23 I had booked my deluxe pedicure for 4pm. They started at 4.30, finished at 4.45. Broken toenail in half which they claimed I came with, sloppy job removing old polish, smudged new polish, rough heels. When I asked them to re- do, they refused in a very rude terms.Did not pay for the service" .Disgusting. Definitely won't be back."

The lady’s who did my nails today were amazing! They were so gentle with my nails and hands. I am very happy with the outcome! I am a nail biter and my nails are very thin, they did a great job at making sure they didnt file too much and at the end put on some oils and Cream! Very professional job as well.

These ladies are the best. I was so unsure and they took the time to give me advice on which shape to pick. Shout out to Amy her design skill are amazing!!!

Highly recommend Parisienne nail sail! Julie, Elena Chloe and Moon are amazing at what they do! It's the best nail salon in Carnegie!

I have come here many times when I want to treat myself and I am extremely happy every time. Moon did an amazing job of doing my nails in the exact style I wanted from a picture that I showed her. Hana did my pedicure and was careful and efficient. Both ladies were detailed, precise and did an excellent job making sure I was happy with every step of the process. Lovely and caring business, I could not recommend them more.

I frequent this nail salon quite often and I find it difficult to rate this place. My recommendation would be to go when it's quiet. On a quiet day I would rate it 4-5 stars. I have had some great people who take a lot of care. However, if this place is busy then I feel like it is very rushed and things are not done as well. For example, I have had them forget to cut my nails before starting and then having to file it down later resulting in longer nails than desired or rushed french tips which you pay more for and then they are a little wonky. In these instances I would rate it 2-3. You will also have to wait quite a long time if they are busy. Bookings also don't seem to matter too much and you will still have to wait when it's busy.Have to also mention that some of the girls are really incredible at their nail art. I had lemons done once and they turned out beautifully and were done with a lot of care.

The nail tech was so meticulous and gentle. Loved my nails and the design she did. Would highly recommend.
