DISGUSTING imagine the food you orderd sitting in a baine Marie with flyes, dust and bugs landing on it for many hours. Doesn't sound appealing does it... NO, the food is worse then eating a frozen pizza from Coles even when its frozen. And don't get me started on the surcharge $2 when using cash out NOT INCLUDING THE BANKS SURCHARGE. And the horrific price for gravy, And would you like salt.. well you have to pay for that and somedays you don't. And when you have ordered small package the size of a finger, it can't be put into your P.O box nahhh it goes into he a large box HORRIBlE

The lady behind the counter on the food side is very rude unwilling to serve customers and has zero manners and I am very polite everytime I go there.. customer service needs improvement

I get my parcels using the Parcel Collect service and it's been fantastic. Postman Pat (really!) and the team are super friendly and helpful.Now all you drongos leaving bad reviews here for the fish and chips shop should concentrate a bit more.
