Walked in to buy a $2000 bed with my better half, waved hello to staff who were watching us as we walked in. They immediately found something more interesting on their desks (they looked away awkwardly) we perused their selection for 5 min with no one bothering to acknowledge our presence. Needless to say we shall purchase it from the internet instead. Oh and the store had two other people meandering around with no one offering them assistance in the slightest (from what I had witnessed).

Well presented business with appropriate service but unfortunately low stock of the many items left some sour taste...

We purchased all of our furniture for our new house at Amart Butler, and had amazing service and advice from Michelle the Sales lady and her Manager.I will definitely buy from them again. As for Michelle, thank you for all your help. :)

Just called Super Amart in regards to a bed they delivered to my home that was duct taped together, when trying to remove the duct tape it has ruined the bed. When telling them the issue they were fine to replace after seeing pictures. But then told me they wouldn't deliver the new bed until Saturday. I explained to the girl that I had no bed now and had work on Saturday which I can't cancel and asked if they could possibly get it sent out today or tomorrow. She said sure let me check, then another manager got on the phone saying I was not to swear at staff. I said not once even raised my voice or said any swear word as I had no need I was not upset. I was just waiting on a reply, he then told me that I was a liar and he would believe staff over a customer on the phone. I asked what did I say to her he could not tell me what word I actually said. The manager became very passive aggressive stating I got a resolution why was I upset at the team member. I asked do I even sound upset he said no.... but you were upset and swearing at out team member. I said it doesn't even make sense why would I be fine with you and then I swear at another we have had a positive experience. I asked to speak to his manager. And he said I wont be passing you along his name or number. I will call him and tell him what has happened, I again asked for the manager to contact me. He said he would tell him what actually happened and then he will pass along what I have said. I asked for an apology from the staff member and he stated that there was no way I was ever going to get that. This is poor customer service that has gone this far without any need whatsoever ever. Butler Amart should really have recorded calls just for this reason. Poor customer service from one of the girls there

Ordering our new couch couldn't have been easier, thank you so much! It looks great in our home!

Spent upwards of $4.5k on dining room table, chairs and tall boy, was told dining room table could be 4 month wait, no prob at all, kept getting pushed back every month, not a problem, was then later told first quarter of 2022 so nearly 11 months wait… still not a problem, booked everything in to be delivered then get a phone call to pay $79 balance for delivery or they can’t get our stuff despatched for the booked date of delivery which was the only day I could be home, so once again no problem I paid the $79 straight after I got off the phone and called them back straight away and they gave my booking to another customer within 5 minutes after they called me and I told them I would sort it out to keep the booking. We have only been waiting nearly a year just so disappointed at their effort after all the time we’ve waited and money we’ve spent there in the past felt like a slap in the face. Not how I would have treated a customer in any regard especially when they know how long we have been waiting and everything had been fully paid for except the balance of the delivery fee. Won’t be back for anything else in the because of this. So annoyed.

Brought furniture a few years back from the Joondalup store and was told my couch would be under warranty as I wasn’t wanting leather, long story short overtime the furnitures white coat has turned yellow and my couch is peeling. I have no kids and hardly sit on the couch, the last week of isolation I have been home and notice it has begun to peel as I used it. It’s less than 4 years old and I had someone come out and access it but they rejected my claim and said it’s not a problem of theirs?? How is it not? My couch is peeling?? That shouldn’t be happening???
