Newstead Remedial Massage

Newstead Remedial Massage is a fantastic place! The staff are lovely, timely, and the space is always very clean. I see Hayley every other week and she is amazing! She has helped me so much throughout a running injury, and continues to help me be set up for success in my other training. I would highly recommend this place and Hayley in particular!

I came here recently and advised I had tight delts, especially my rear delts going down to my lats, as well as a little bit of a stiff back from work. My treatment was almost entirely back, neck and shoulders even though I never mentioned any issues in the latter areas. When finishing up I asked if my delts were going to be massaged and after a quick 5 minutes the massage was over. Confused, I mentioned that my delts were still very tight and I was then told that it’s a tricky area and I should foam roll it at home. I mentioned that I often do with no relief (which is why I was getting a massage). I left unsatisfied and frustrated. The areas that were done felt great and the person massaging me was skilled and knew what they were doing but completely forgot or ignored what it was that I was there for. I recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a new regular spot as I am often in need of a fix but I think I’ll keep looking.

I have been treated by both Bryan and Hayley since 2014. Both of them are first rate practitioners in whom I have 100% confidence. They are both consummate professionals and are easy to establish a rapport with. I recently moved away from Brisbane however I still make the effort to be treated by the pair of them because they are that good and I wouldn't consider being treated elsewhere. I cannot recommend Newstead Remedial Massage more highly. Thanks James

Highly recommend Roxy! She communicates well to understand what the problem is and is knowledgeable enough to know how to fix it. She's strong enough to get into the deep areas of tension and sensitive enough to know how I'm responding to the treatment.

If you’re looking for the BEST massage clinic in town - Newstead remedial massage is it! I’ve seen multiple therapists at the clinic and they are all 11/10! They are friendly and make me feel so welcome and comfortable! They are also so caring and empathetic when addressing all my tension areas. Highly recommend!

I have been visiting Newstead Remedial Massage for treatments woth Haley Montgomery for 2 years, since I was pregnant. Hayley is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. The space is clean and calm. My only gripe is with the parking availability.

Bryan is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had!!!! He is a miracle worker! I love all the different services he offers as a massage therapist - needling, cupping and of course using his big miracle sized hands! We also always have the best chats too! Over all 20/10!!! ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL man all round!!! High recommend!

I have been getting trigger point massage from Hayley Montgomery here for over a year. She is very professional, listens to my needs, and is an excellent communicator when doing my therapy. I leave there practically walking on air as she has released so much muscle tightness. Highly recommended.
