Went there for the first time and just wanna say one of the employees called Joon Ho helped me out with everything I needed. He was patient and friendly with me. Will be going to him again in case I need any help with anything. You won't be disappointed.

Came by today keen to join on a Telstra sim plan and had THE WORST experience. Not sure this shop should have Telstra" in its name when the guy I spoke with didn't have a clue about Telstra mobile plans and seemed annoyed I was evening asking to join. Told me to call the office. Waste of time

I was having trouble finalising a connection so we approached this local store. Wini and Sione were very helpful and had everything set up with minimal hassle and great smiles. Wini made sure to follow up everything to the end and always tried to do a little extra. I'm glad we came over!

I visited here during lunch time. I waited the staff an hour and getting upset myself because wasted my time to just wait for the staff. The service is horrible. There is no message when they are gong to come back.
