Car is left with a fault light causing 4x4 system not to work. Very unprofessional experience with the reception lady (there’s only one) She was rude and abrupt, yelled at me over the phone when trying to book my car in for a service. She proceeded to call me rude because I sounded angry over the phone... She was so impatient and sounded like she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on a regular customer. Called back to speak to Sam the mechanic - he was no help at resolving the issue. customer service for my experience here was unfortunately bad.. for that reason here is my 1 star review would give them a 0 if it was an option.

Brought my Nissan Navara here to get the crank shaft seal fixed and also get the power steering checked over, Sam was very quick and professional, good value for money and all the faults where fixed.I'd highly recommend going here for any issues.

Back in the area after many years. Great to find somewhere I can trust.What a great bunch of blokes.I have an old Land Rover Defender. A lot of mechanics can be quite disparaging about them. Not here, they treated it with the respect a classic deserves.I went in to get a diff pinion seal changed, but good mechanical skills found a few things that could have cost me very dearly in the long run.At the end of the day, the bill was extrextre reasonable and the service thorough and friendly.I'm a new regular customer. Top shelf.

My husband, extended family and I have been using SA Cali Mechanical Repairs for years and years. Over this time they have been able to diagnose and fix issues that other mechanics could not. Two of our relatives moved out of the area and brought their cars back to see the Calis because they had bad service elsewhere.The Calis are a lovely, incredibly hard working and honest family.They keep our cars running in tip top shape and give us the heads up when any major work will be needed in the future.They are very popular, so you may need to book a couple of weeks in advance.

They say you judge a business when something does not go to plan. I needed the timing belt to be replace on the Landcruiser (no easy job) and as always it was done on time and at a fair price. However I noticed after a few days a leak in the cooling system and they took the car back no questions asked and fixed it free of charge ... that is when you know they are a good business.

Avoid this place. It took them 5 visits to stop my brakes squeaking after they changed the discs. They failed to complete the log book despite charging me over $400 for a service.
