Woolworths Mundaring

Woolworths Mundaring really need to consider training their staff, so they can at least learn how to look interested in being at work. The last time I've gone there, the manned checkouts were unmanned. So I have no choice but to use the assisted checkout" which I hate (By the way it's not "assisted" if I have to serve myself). The very young looking staff member just stood there near the exit. She didn't smile

Great Staff, not too busy when I have been, pretty well stocked. Front Desk Staff-Team are always pleasant and friendly, despite the attitudes of some customers that I have observed. Be nice to Staff please, we are ALL living differently at this time. Well done WW Mundaring. :-)

I went to buy some chicken breast at the deli and was served by a lady who was older than some, she was extremely rude to me and when I asked if she had any larger chicken breast, she told me to go away and come back in 5 when her colleague was back from her break and then she would look for me. Now as I was time poor and had a 3hour drive ahead of me, I couldn't wait. Her attitude towards me was rude, poor and disrespectful. I needed larger chicken breasts for my work to make parmies. This womans attitude upset me and made me feel like I was a problem and although I apologized for any inconvenience, she still was rude enough to send me off without the product I needed. This upset my day and drive home, she affected my mental health and i didn't expect to be treated so bad. I did however complain to the front desk and she was nice and apologized but this behavior from an older employee was unwarranted. There's no need to be rude to a customer over chicken or upset me and my day. I will never return to this store and feel like she made me feel again. This woman is a bad reflection on the company and extremely rude and needs educating on job etiquette.

I was on my way to the country to see my mum and I was really hoping there would be a roast pork even though it was early on a Sat (10am). There was a fresh one coming out of the oven! It was delicious. Wraps, salad and roast pork was a big hit with everyone. Well done team! Keep up the good work! Lovely shop.

Was pleasantly surprised to see bottles of water free for shoppers

10 am Monday morning and bakery shelves not stocked, all buns and bread sitting behind counter in racks with one lost looking baker, just go to coles
