First time going to L & H Nails, the service from Kim was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

I attended this salon a few times about 5 years ago. I didn't realise it had been taken over by new management. I asked for a pedicure and manicure only, no colour. I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely. It was quite obvious the lady didn't want to do my nails. I even offered to leave but she kept on working quickly and aggressively without any care for the terrible job she was doing. It cost $30 to remove nail polish, cut my nails and a very quick file. I was there for less than 10 mins. I left with awful squared and rough nails which I could have done better myself. This was meant to be a treat after a prolonged time of hard work but instead of feeling relaxed I left feeling violated and traumatised by such aggressive and rude behaviour and nails that looked worse than when I came into the shop.

Love getting my nails done here. Reasonably priced and they actually last 3 weeks (and I’m rough with mines). They always look after my Mum very well too and have a conversation with you. Very busy place so I would highly recommend contact Kim to make a booking ☺️

Only wanted my nails painted, only to get crooked nails for $35 for quality I could of got at home. Not to mention to terrible customer service. I’ve only been here twice and both times all employees were rude and super unprofessional. 100% would not recommend, save your money elsewhere.

Little local helena valley nail salon if you aren’t up to traveling all the way down the hill. A family owned business, the mother is very helpful and always happy to for you in for an appointment, or walk ins. Lots of choices for nail colours. They can get a little crowded and because it’s family run there might not be enough staff, so calling ahead to make sure you have an appointment with someone that will do your nails for you is probably the best option.they have a movie running to unwind while getting your nails done. i recommend getting shilac though rather than normal paint as their normal paint takes very long to dry.they were happy to fix mistakes or if the nail colour wasn’t right they re did it with another option that was close to the original colour.

A very warm and welcoming atmosphere by the two ladies who work there. Great customer service and the best place to go for nails for Ladies and Gents. Highly recommended
