Picked up a new FS-85 on Friday. Couldn't be happier with the experience. They were doing a better price than anywhere in Rads, staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Will return for me mower next!

Phone rings out, didn't give the ring phone number on ticket for service. I was blamed for a fault with Stihl Product, therefore not honouring warranty. No happy Jan. I'd give no stars if possible. Still waiting on phone, been 5 - 7 minutes. What job was that again?????

Looking for a part which I found no longer around, they sold me a same McCulloch saw near new for $50 , excellent service and now I have heaps of spare parts on this cs400 t for years, until I buy a Stihl anyway :)

Went in this morning for a spark plug as my leaf blower was running rough. Guys suggested I also clean the exhaust filter and showed me how. Blower is now running like new. Customer service was exceptional even though I was only spending $8 on a spark plug. Well done guys keep it up!!

Great prices on genuine Honda parts cheapest I've been quoted in adelaide or even ebay, great service when I picked up, fitted my bag for free. Just above and beyond service.Store has comprehensive spares for many brands in Stock, and looks so professional. Well done

I bought a Stihl MM 56 engine and power broom from them 21.3.19. and couldn't praise them highly enough. They gave me the best price I could find anywhere and the help and service was second to none, friendly, jovial and with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Matt, his demeanour behind the counter was first class and he went out of his way to drop in to my house after work to help me out with the operation of the machine. In these days of sometimes rude shop staff with no product knowledge these guys were exceptional. I had never shopped there before but will go the extra km's to buy there again. First class ****

In the last couple of months I have bought a mower and a blower from this centre and I am pleased to say that they were not only the best value store I could find, but also the friendliest. It is great to know that you can still find people in service industries who can combine great prices with excellent service. Took the concut saw for a service, they took it apart, said it was no good, tried to sell us a new one. Gave it back to us in pieces. Took it to another place who put it back together with a new air filter and spark plug. No worries. Very poor indeed.

Staff at the centre went above and beyond to assist us with our problem with our whipper snipper this morning. He was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, offering follow up care as needed. Great service!
