Had a bridesmaid dress I bought online that was too long and tight around the waist. Fantastic service, took the hem up and let out the dress around the waist, would never have guessed it had been altered. Ready in less than a week, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Looksmart in Morley are fantastic! Really friendly and kind service, fantastic turn around time and my bridesmaid dress looks perfect! I had less than a week up my sleeve to get my dress altered and it was done in just a few days. Great pricing & service all around, very happy :).

This was the best experience with an alterations shop.Easy check-in through the iPad to record my details for pickup. Trying on my dress and having it pinned, the lady was very helpful. I received a text and email when my dress was ready to be picked up.Well priced and great quality of work. This will be the place I go for all my alterations and dry cleaning now.

Thu helped me alter my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding which is 2 weeks out. She did such amazing work! You couldnt even tell where she altered it but it now fits perfectly. She is so kind and lovely and even helped with my confidence when I wasnt feeling too good. She has the best customer service skills and is honestly so great at her craft. 100% recommend her and will be only using her from now on!

Not only did we receive amazing customer service but everything was altered beautifully! Particularly my daughters dress that needed lots of work to make her feel comfortable, it was a big job pulled off to perfection!!
