On the morning of September 26th today, Isent the sample for testing as requested by the doctor. The staff took away the form and the sample. They didn't write the sample information in front of me as usual, and didn't give me any form. I asked He that it all ? he said yes, then turned his head and left, hoping that he would not delay the inspection check, so I specially left a message here for a record.
