I ordered an iced mocha for a ridiculous price of $7.90 and it tasted awful and like something was seriously off/expired. Highly recommend avoiding, not worth it.

The last few visits have been disappointing. I have had my last few orders made wrong despite them repeating the correct order to me when placing it..pretty annoying because the staff seem to just act really blase’ when you tell them!

I dont know why I keep going back. The food is never good. Every other zarraffas is so much better. The fusions are always always runny and not the way they should be, which is thick. Do better, teach your staff better or hire new people. Ridiculous

Very sad excuse for a ham and cheese croissant. Looked and tasted like cupboard. Unfortunately I threw it out. Always good coffee though but could be stronger.

I usually love going in to Pimpama Zaraffas but was served by the pomp and arrogant manager who told me I was making his day difficult. At first I didn’t realise what he meant when I simply wished to pay for my coffee using cash… I’m still not sure what the problem was… either way miscommunication does not warrant a bucket full of rudeness. Will be going back to the Whistlestop where I am spoken to with respect and the coffee is way better
