Priceline Pharmacy Newcomb Central

Couldn't be better, polite, efficient & knowledgeable.

The store clearly has signs that they close at 630pm. I arrived at 625pm, the lights were on other customers were inside they they refunded to open the door. A security man said through the door they were closed.

I visited Priceline Newcomb today . My daughter had some beauty therapy there recently and was very happy with the service ,she received.She recommended the same therapist, named Brigitte .She rang up for me to get an appmt also. They gave me an appmt within 40 mins.I had the same package of treatments .I was also very happy with the service and Brigitte was very professional and gentle.This will be my go to beauty salon in future . Thank you .

Honestly the worst I’ve ever been too, staff love to have a good old chat while people wait, underwrites wait times every time and today while I stood there waiting to submit my script a woman typed away at the computer and whilst I understand she was in the middle of something she did not a knowledge me at all and then once fonsishes she went and collected scripts from people waiting in line behind me, finally another gentleman saw all this and came and served me. It’s now been over 30 mins since I was quoted 20 mins. I will never return here, from now on I’ll go to the chemist at Bellarine village.

Worst customer service ever, as the first customer in the door it’s not unreasonable to expect your script to be quick, you certainly don’t expect to return 10 mins later to see other people that were behind you picking up their scripts and yours can’t be found let alone started then to be expected to believe the excuse given without even an apology. GO ELSEWHERE people

I do not know what has happened at this Pharmacy - but it has gone downhill massively. Staff changes perhaps!Every time I drop a script off to be filled - it ends up being wrong (I don't get what I ask for, or I get more than I ask for...)The staff at the 'script in' counter do not listen, do not repeat your request and have zero care for customers.My daily medication is important - be considerate.

Always get my scripts put under wrong person. At a different address

I (Kelly Vickers) had my booster at your store today.I'd made an appointment on line.There was barely any waiting time, maybe 2 minutes- the young man who looked after me was a lovely friendly chap, not usually in this store but from Melbourne- and he couldn't have been any friendlier or helpful!Thank you.

I gave them a prescription with a repeat, when I left they had not given me repeat to take with me.....I called them when I got home 10 mins later THEY COULD NOT FIND IT !! ......I rang my Doctor's to inform them ..... Apparently other patients have had problems at this Pharmacy........ My advice is stick to Chemist Warehouse .. I CERTAINLY WILL .....
