Sharna does a great job from sourcing the ideal tenants to handling inspections and coordinating any repairs etc to ensure your property is well looked after.Highly recommend Justen to sell your property. I would not recommend Justen as an agent. My experience was that he was misleading and deceptive in his obligations as a professional real estate agent. The head of Blue Moon properties was extremely disappointed in the fact that Justen (a franchisee) did not follow standard REIQ procedures and as a result has cost me the opportunity to purchase this property. REIQ have been notified and are investigating.
