I'm happy with the quality of my curtains, but it took 10 + weeks for them to be installed, then there were 2 problems that have taken another 3 months to rectify........why?Their after sales service is frustratingly slow and they NEVER call you back ! I've had to follow up every phone call with another phone call. Because of this I will never deal with them again.You have to pay 50% deposit upon ordering, which is fair enough and the balance just before installation.I wouldn't do this again as you have no comeback if there's a problem.Take my advice and go somewhere else !!!

My experience has been terrible, stressful and frustrating!! I ordered outside blinds 12 months ago. They lost the order, it took 6 months to reorder and then they came to install and didn’t have the right parts. So they left them half installed. They subsequently got banged up with wind damage, they then came to assess and wanted to re order to replace. I asked for a refund instead as this was now 9 months post original order. They said fine. After 3 months of chasing I am finally advised my refund request has been rejected. Now I have NO blinds and am out of pocket $1400!!I am a single mum who just wanted an outside place for my kids to play.. words can’t begin to describe the stress this has created for me!

Kresta Staff have been fantastic with their customer service. We put in an inquiry during Covid and got an immediate response to the request for a quote to inform us that there would be a wait until restrictions had been lifted. Someone got in contact with us immediately after the restrictions had changed and arranged for Sarah Ma to come out. Sarah was excellent - her advice was spot on, she read what we wanted so fast and her turnaround time with her formal quote was immediate. I would not hesitate to recommend Kresta to others. Kresta just installed blinds for both me and my grandmother two different houses with different style blinds, we recieved amazing service from a very professional team, they went above and beyond from the first measure and quote all the way to installation. My blinds arrived very fast they were exactly as expected and fitted perfectly, they even travelled 1 hour out of Canberra to get to us. The customer service team are excellent with quick response time, highly recommend using this service the Canberra team are great, Thanks guys.

Completely incompetent and insulting.I ordered blinds over 12 months ago (which I needed to pay for in full) and still have not received my order. Not due to any shipping delays or minor mistakes, completely due to a broken business that has no customer service.I have had the same window measured 6 x times and each time Kresta has lost the information and not proceeded to order the blinds. Each time the mistake has been brought to their attention they have named and blamed the installer they sent, suggesting the mistake was due to a lack of literacy skills.I have invested a significant amount of my time requesting updates and information. Despite saying they are taking this issue seriously they have never contacted me proactively.Even if you are after a basic customer experience which ends in you receiving a product you have purchased - DO NOT GO HERE.(FYI - I have only rated one star as that is the minimum you can rate to leave feedback . Otherwise -100 would be my rating).

AVOID AT ALL COST.I would recommend bed sheets or cardboard boxes for window furnishings over getting curtains from Kresta.16 months ago I started the process of getting curtains and blinds for our newly renovated house. The measure and quote occurred without issue. Unfortunately it was the only thing that didn't cause dramas. Installation date was delayed, installer didn't have appropriate parts, installation delayed, promises of corrective action, installation delayed, installer installs most of the curtains but couldn't complete due to missing parts again, installation delayed. This was in December 2019 and January 2020 not COVID impacted. Staff constantly apologised but did nothing. After making a formal complaint management promised a monetary amount as compensation. From February 2020 until now we have still not received the full compensation despite countless hours of stress and emails to management. 2 months ago the new Canberra store manager promised to complete the refund and now will not respond to emails. Even if they offer 99% off I would still recommend avoiding.

I would like to thank Sarah from Kresta in Canberra for her amazing service. I wanted to install roller blinds and sheers but didn’t know what I was looking for. Sarah came to my home to do a measure and provided really helpful advice/suggestions on which colours and styles would look best for my space and explained everything with professionalism. Kelvin in sales provided exceptional customer service and a competitive price. I was delighted with the outcome, thanks Kresta!!

Sarah was amazing! The whole process was really easy with plenty of expert suggestions taking into consideration the use of the space and young family member’s needs. Very helpful with design and colour choice as most other salesperson will go with “here are our options you choose.”Unfortunately Sarah is not working there anymore. Other staff are not that responsible with appointments. Quote for the wrong product too.

IN SHORT:Steer clear of Kresta. Six months and counting for Kresta Fyshwick to finally deliver what they promised.We’ve had nothing short of a horrendous experience with Kresta Fyshwick. I should have noticed the red flags from the beginning when on 24 November 2021, I had to call the sales rep to make sure she was still coming to measure up after she was an hour late. When she did finally arrive, she was so flustered she left the samples I had requested in the car and told me she didn’t have time to get them so I would have to go into the shop to look at them. She measured up so quickly that none of the blinds ended up fitting but more on that later.We made two separate orders with Kresta. We signed the contract for the first order on 20 January 2022 and made full payment. At this time, we were advised by the sales rep that we could expect to have the blinds installed within 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I contacted the store via email asking for an update. I was told the order was still 2-3 weeks away. Finally, after nearly 11 weeks, our blinds arrived. Of the three sets, not one fit properly. They were all remade and several weeks later, they were installed. One set was installed incorrectly so that it was on an angle and with black scuffs across the bottom rail. The installer later attempted to fix the issue, however his “fix” meant that the transparent and blockout blinds were not aligned and about 1cm of the transparent blind was visible down the left side of the blockout blind. The material was also damaged due to the original incorrect installation. For a second time, this set of blinds had to be remade and we are still waiting for them to arrive nearly six weeks later.We signed the contract for our second order on 10 February 2022 and made full payment. At this time, we were advised by the sales rep that we could expect these blinds to be installed within 3-5 weeks. We were of course later advised that the first order had been delayed, so on 4 March 2022, I sent an email asking when we could expect this second order to arrive. No one bothered to respond. My partner then called up to get an answer and was advised that we had been told incorrect lead times by the sales reps and the lead time for orders was 6-8 weeks. After about 12 weeks, the second order arrived. Once again there were issues as only two of the five sets fit. The chains for each of the two that did fit were installed so high I had to stand on tippy toes to open/close the blinds. When I queried it with the installer, he said “oh yeah I did wonder whether that was going to be an issue.” Seriously?!? The last of the five sets was finally installed about six weeks later and again, was incorrectly installed so that it is on an angle. Despite 3+ attempts to contact Kresta and query when this blind will be fixed, I am still awaiting a response nearly five weeks later.Kresta have been difficult to deal with throughout this process, making no attempt to notify us of delays along the way or offer an apology (until specifically advised of this). In fact, on two occasions when I was speaking to Kresta staff over the phone about the delays, I was laughed at and made to feel silly for expecting they would follow through on what they promised. My dealings with head office have been just as bad to the point where they don’t even bother to respond anymore. I did ask for a full refund so I could engage the services of a more reputable business, however Kresta refused, instead opting to deliver subpar products well outside of their advised timeframes. They did end up begrudgingly refunding the $234 fitting fee due to the blinds not being installed within 14 days due to having to be remade.Do yourself a favour and use literally any other blind and curtain company. I guarantee it will be a better experience.

We have purchased Kresta blinds on three different occasions over the years. The installed products were good quality and very good value for money.We have had two attempts at getting additional blinds from Kresta.The sales representative for the first attempt was the same one who made the last sale with us, but he seemed to be just going through the motions. The visit resulted in no quotation at all despite our follow ups via telephone calls, emails and a visit to the local showroom. It was all very odd, and we thought that we must have offended him somehow. Still, a sizable order was lost to Kresta.After the COVID lockdowns we thought we would have another go. The time line this time was as follows:23 Feb 2022 - scheduled sales rep visit deferred at his request.4 Mar 2022 - measure and quote LN982054 undertaken in a professional and friendly manner ... we had the quote emailed to us very quickly ... looking good!11 Mar and 16 Mar 2022 - two follow ups by ourselves to the sales rep indicated an interest to proceed with most of the items quoted for. An order worth $2,700 approximately was in prospect. We wanted a revised quotation that matched the likely order in order to avoid any misunderstandings.25 Mar 2022 - another follow up with the sales rep seeking the revised quotation. His response was that it had been prepared by him on the 16th and we should have got it. He did not seem surprised that perhaps the IT system had failed to work, and he undertook to ensure it was sent again.Despite yet another follow up with the sales rep the revised quotation never appeared.It seemed like Kresta's sale algorithms had determined that our business was not worth the effort, perhaps because of the return customer discounts, or staffing / supply issues related to post COVID.We were very surprised by the lack of follow up by the sales rep to ensure that in the end we had the revised quotation ... perhaps he knew that Kresta played stupid games or was in difficulty, and so he was embarrassed by the whole episode.
