Brilliant product.. Arrived 2 days after purchase and it is just what I needed to train my dog. Had some trouble setting it up at first but contacted the seller and received a prompt reply with easy to understand directions on the setup process. Highly recommend Petrainer Australia. Worst service I have ever received from an online seller. Even though their website does state that delivery can be 13-23 days, it does not say anywhere that they take your money then order the item from China, if I wanted to order from China, I would order directly from China! Their website is misleading, as it says 100% Australian owned and makes you think that the items are sold from Australia when there not. In addition their communication skills are very poor, I sent 2 email and called the phone number on their website 4 times with no answer or reply. However, after a couple of attempts they did respond to my messenger message, but only after I said that I wanted to cancel my order. In my opinion I wouldn't order from this business.

Poor quality and useless warranty. Item broke after a few uses. I sent back for replacement under warranty as instructed, but after 3 months it has not been returned and my emails and phone calls are being ignored.

Highly recommend the TP18 Invisible Boundary. I’ve had non stop issues with trying to keep both my dogs from digging under the fence to escape & adventure. Since using this product, I can officially say that it’s been my massive life saver. No more worries about my dogs digging & escaping while I’m at work, no more concerned neighbors or council calls or visits.Definitely would recommend to anyone who has cheeky fur babies that love to escape & adventure.This will definitely keep them safe & secure.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.This is the worst service I have ever experienced via online sales.The company withdrew money from my account and failed to supply the goods ordered. They also failed to return any of my phone calls, emails or text messages.
