Thank you for your very quick response over the Christmas break! We had lost hot water on Christmas day, and Wet Tropics were on-site with in two days to replace the system. Reece delivered the system on time, with Colin there to install quickly, he was very professional and friendly. Can't thank you all enough, to help us out at such short notice during the holidays!!

The boys at Wet Tropics Plumbing are the best in town. They were able to locate an under slab burst pipe and fix all under 2 hours - luckily without intrusive cutting or a need to use leak detection. Very professional, service with smile, old school customer first attitude and keen workmanship. Highly recommended!

Ryan and Beau were absolute ledgends. Coming at short notice on a Friday at 4.45pm prior to a long weekend to a sodden, mud-filled yard to dig up the ground and repair a burst pipe, in the pouring rain. Impeccable service, the nicest of blokes, and a job well done. The area was left as in no one had ever been. Thanks guys, and Dave for helping us out when no one else would. Five stars.

These guys really know what they are doing. I had a 25 year old 80 lt hot water system in my unit that started leaking. It had been installed in a storage cupboard with very little space around it.Ben called round to check things out and his plumber was on time the next day to install a new system. It was a really tight job that was performed perfectly. Cant recommended these guys highly enough – They were awesome :-)
