Deans Automatic Transmissions

We have used Michael and the team for nearly 10 years. He has worked on nearly all of our vehicles. We have had transmissions replaced, transmissions rebuilt and general servicing completed without issue on both our daily drivers as well as our classic. The quality of the work, value for money and professionalism are superb. Michael is pragmatic and always has his customers best interests at the forefront of what he does. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this shop! I received great advice and assistance from both the shop and office crew here! Mechanics work hard and it was such a comforting experience to have this crew take the time to openly share their knowledge and diagnostics advice at no charge. The boys enjoy a corona if you're ever needing to thank them!!

Highly recommend. I went to this business after my regular mechanic was unable to resolve an issue I had when my vehicle developed a shudder. These guys were able to get me in quickly, assess the fault and perform the repair. The problem was solved first time, at a great price. Will definitely be back. Thank you

A very satisfying experience I arrived early I asked to wait while my car serviced.My car was serviced in around one hour by professional personnel and returned to me with a warranty I was very satisfied.I highly recommend this excellent business.

I had the torque converter replaced last year at Deans Auto. I recently had my vehicle serviced and they noted oil leaking from around the torque converter front seal. I booked my vehicle back in at Deans Auto and they have just repaired under full warranty. They could have easily told me the oil was leaking from elsewhere, and I’d have to pay for the repair, but they did not. The integrity of this business is first class. I appreciate your honestly and standing behind the services you provide. Thank you

I called this place after reading great reviews and got a woman who answered the phone like she was interrupted, then kept talking over me so I could not explain my issue, every time I went to explain she would but in.Long story short, phone call is the first point of contact to entice people to the business- well the good reviews now do not have me coming to this business. Nothing about this phone call gave me any customer service nor any information that instilled me to keep goingSo I butted in on her and said forget it Ill go elsewhere. So Deans just lost a customer - and a lot of money if he was able to do the job for me :(

Transmission went on the Prado last week. I had the RACQ out who recommended Dean's. It was a great service. Looked at the car very quickly and a repair that i expected to be out for weeks and cost a small mortgage was done within the week at a very reasonable cost. Definitely going to use them again for a transmission service
