Staff member at self check out asked us if we had scanned our item with pretty much every product. We don’t steal and never had. Super uncomfortable experience

I would like to commend coles on the quality of checkout staff service that I received whilst visiting noosa heads store tonight. My encounter with a young lady at self service ( Lilly' ) there tonight was truly inspiring...outstanding is the only word that could suffice. Her personability

Very neat and tidy Coles. But far away from the carparks for the less mobile people. Large store with a full range of products. Good service. Nice deli and bakery.

Really nice supermarket with lots of staples and interesting items.Only 2 stars as I had a very unpleasant interaction with Linda the staff member at the self check out. She was impolite, made me feel like I was a criminal about to steal and kept asking if I had bought this, bought that etc.Left me feeling dirty and, although the groceries won’t last, the feeling of shame will. Linda shouldn’t be in customer facing position

Asked the grumpy older lady in self-serve how you get cash out on their self-serve machines and was met with a grumpy & annoyed response, then just walked off while I was still speaking to her. Obviously has no customer service skills and needs to be trained better.Makes me glad I work at Woolworths and with staff who are the complete opposite.

Grace at the deli was really helpful and more friendly and enthusiastic than anybody could expect at 8am. Helped me find a bunch of stuff that wasn’t in the deli and went above and beyond to assist me in my shopping.

The store is good don’t get me wrong, it is well set out and shelf are full. You can find whatever you are after here however the staff member (Linda, from memory) that I had an interaction with today was nothing short of rude and disgusting! We had some private sanitation items in our shopping and this lady came over and literally thriugh all our shopping items around because we had some macaroons and she wanted to check, but instead of asking…. She threw all our shopping everywhere too take a look and scoffed at the private sanitation items my partner had…. Absolute disgusting example of a human

Been away for a few years. Back in Noosa for a couple of months and this store is still the best in the area. Excellent fresh food and a wide selection of vegetarian options.
