Stay away from this builder. Their service after signing the contract is non existent. 1 year after moving in, I'm still chasing them for defects.

I love the big Hamptons Double Storey and the granny flat in the single storey. You wouldn’t even know it was there!

Visited Burbank Googong display home after fixing an appointment. As we expressed our interest for the price range advertised, the agent Tim wasn’t ashamed to say that it was a fake price. His demeanour was unprofessional and rude. He said the price will be much higher than listed on realestate.com.au. Really appalled by the attitude of the business for wasting our time.Highly advised to stay clear of such Cons and swindlers. Find a trustworthy builder and highly advise to stay clear of such misleading businesses.Also advised to not take your kids to inspect the display as Tim might shout at them for touching a bulletin board. Any decent person would ask the parents to take care of their 5 year old rather than shouting at the kid directly. Overall poor experience. Wish google came up with negative rating as I feel 1 star is far too many for this business.

This company is a rip-off merchant they will not stand by any proposals or contract even after you have paid a deposit we got our deposit back and moved on.The sales rep is full of lies can't be trusted and plain hates his job telling us he has been applying for new jobs since January and can't wait to move on.All positive reviews on here are from their head office so they can keep some illusion that they are a half decent company.Stay away these people are a joke!!!!!!!

Hi don't go with this people.They took our 5k deposit and after that forcing us to sign only house contact and not land contract. we spoke to our conveyancing agent he said that this is not right they can't force us to sign only house contract not land contract. Then we decided to cancel the deal. Now they said they spend our 5k deposit on there paper work. Now they don't want to refund that deposit. please dont give them deposit till the time your land and house contract not signed.

Save your self the headache and go with a different builder. Our build took over a year and when we tried to get them to pay for going over time they pulled the “wet weather” card. We sent them the defect list and only minor things have been addressed. The major things have not yet been rectified nor has anyone reached out to us to address them. Building supervisor didn’t quality check the works appropriately which caused many stuff ups during the build. Also their sub contractors are below average; very poor quality! We did however have a very pleasant experience with Tim during our design stage. Thanks Tim.

If I could give negative stars I would. My build took 6 project managers for the one month shy of 2 years to complete". After settlement there has been a ceiling leak which my agent is still trying to get fixed for the past 7 months. Burbank up to signing the contract are amazing

Extremely rude guy at the Googong display village. So disappointing didn't even want to talk to us.
