I went in today to ask how much it would be to get my wedding rings cleaned and they kindly did all the rings I was wearing for free! They were so friendly and lovely. I went for a walk and got a coffee and when I came back they were all done. Thanks so much ladies.

Purchased a wrist watch and the clasp that closes the watch was faulty as the watch just kept undoing itself.Wore the watch on 2 occasions and the same thing happened.Took it back to the Rockingham branch where I purchased it 6 weeks later and...They can't send it in to be checked neither can they give me a store credit.Be aware, the manageress doesn't do her best to get her customers the help they needDespite being a regular customer at this branch the treatment I received was appallingShame on you

After a terrible time at Prouds Kwinana in Boxing Day with the really unhelpful staff, Rockingham Prouds couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Such a wonderful surprise. Thank you ladies for the terrific shipping experience

Was served by a friendly and outgoing lady called Marina, I went to the store about 10 mins before closing time and she was patient and willing to help me find the perfect piece of jewellery for a gift :)

Customer service is possibly amazing if you want to purchase something! Forget it if you would need to exchange! Granted I didn't have the receipt although stock code still available in store! And product still in Prouds gift box! I would have paid the difference....never will shop in Prouds again!! I have always been a regular customer in both company's and have spent thousands in Prouds and Angus and Coote!! Very unhappy to be told to wait an hour for store manager!!

I came in to buy some silver looped earings for a for friend leaving work gift. Managed to get what I wanted. I had a lovely lady that was very helpful serve me she was nice and friendly. Sorry I had forgotten her name maybe Marta? My friend loved them very much so very happy.

Went in for a ring resize, the lady that served us was lovely but was unsure on how to process resizing, we happily waited only to be told by another person, who seemed to be in a mood, that there was absolutely no way to resize my ring by that many sizes.We went to a different jewellers the next week and got it resized EASILY within 24 hours!Shoutout to the lady that was new, as she was doing a great job with her customer service, just a shame to be overshadowed by the disappointing experience from the other person

I come into Rockingham prouds all the time for my daughter, not only are they fully supportive and look at what suits their customers, they are friendly, understanding, honest and thoughtful, I have experienced this service from all staff and cannot appreciate them enough

Have been going to Prouds Rockingham for some years. Recently I tried other jewellery stores at Rockingham City and they just don't offer customer service. Prouds staff are just the best, they care, they're helpful, very friendly & customer service is 12 out of 10. Thank you !!
