If you are looking for quality then you should stay away from MRT. The same can be said if you value customer service.My dealings with David (manager) were extremely frustrating. Several empty promises, delayed responses and an unwillingness to help. The installation and overall canopy quality was equally poor.A major reason I initially went with MRT was their website stating their 860 canopies follow the roof line of most utes (including mine). The end result was about 150mm higher than the cab. Because of this, I cannot fit my ute in my garage or carparks. If this was clear I would have omitted under tray drawer, roof racks and lift off system - $2500 worth of gear. I told MRT of this situation and they refused to lower it. Aside from this, I received my ute back with the following issues.-lift off system legs did not fit in slots.-3 seperate keys for drawer, canopy, under body boxes.-metal shavings left throughout canopy on hand over-writing with permanent marker left in several spots-marine carpet lumpy and not cut straight-cutout for central locking system not square and sharp burs left.-deep scratch on new aluminium trayAfter more than a month of back and forth trying to reach a solution and book an appointment, I lost a day of work and spent 5 hours of my time driving to MRT and waiting for repairs. MRT refused to compensate me for this despite these issues being out of my control.After fixing" the issues (hitting lift off legs with a sledge hammer) the legs are not interchangeable

If your after a alluminium canopy or tool box,this business is good. I think the prices are very competitive. I am happy with my alluminium canopy. It was made to custom fit my tray. I had to wait a couple of months for it but i am very happy . I recommend this company.

Great experience dealing with the MRT crew. Their product is top quality and their prices are second to none. Do your comparisons you will find yourself buying from this company in the end.

Just purchased a x series dog box. Great customer service from Lisa and Brad and a great product. Couldn’t be happier.

Good canopies and accessories ie drawer and slides, shelves etc worth checking out as all good quality
