After loosing our father my sister mum and I turned to Tobin brothers in Cheltenham and they were so amazing. All plans they organised and times and venue were just done perfect. So professional and so thoughtful to my family and friends. I would not hesitate to recommend Tobin brothers Cheltenham. Thankyou to all the crew for making our day beautiful as it was.

We were confronted by multiple staff asking for digital check-in and vaccination status upon entry. When I asked a staff member for a paper check-in I was spoken to very rudely and asked again for my vaccination status. I explained that I wasn't saying for refreshments and that I had already explained that to another staff member. The staff member continued to argue. This was a funeral of a loved one... Disgrace.

I have used Tobin Brothers in Cheltenham on three occasions over the past few years and I have never come across a more compassionate, helpful firm in my life. Their local manager Mary couldn't do enough for myself and my siblings. She was just wonderful and so empathetic.
