I could not speak more highly of my experience with the sales team at West Melbourne Honda. My love for the brand new hybrid Civic speaks for itself. An absolutely amazing machine I was waiting for the release of for ages. Dealing with Harry and Brian was an absolute pleasure on top too. I’m a long time Honda fan and customer and they’ve always had good customer service but this was my first time with West Melbourne and with Harry and Brian and they were amazing. The whole process from enquiries before ordering, through ordering, through delivery/pickup of the vehicle they were excellent. Harry was my primary contact and he seemed just as excited as me to get me in my new car and talk me through its amazing features. Brian was excellent too. Especially helping with the new app and what that brand new technology meant. It was like the three of us playing with a new toy and we all cheered when the app connected and we could control the features remotely. Also they had 7-year warranty promotion going.Harry helped me out with the purchase, he was very responsive and friendly. All the details of the car was explained and demonstrated to me during viewing. Once I put a deposit to lock-in the car, Harry was quick to get all the paperwork processed. My car came in earlier than expected, I was very happy about this since I needed to use it with the family.
