I was there yesterday at 3pm, very busy as expected but only 2 service checkouts open. After waiting around 10 minutes another checkout opened but the assistant had told the people at the back of the queues to go through. How could she do that. Of course they all rushed through and those like me who had already been waiting, were still left where we were. Some very unhappy customers. It took me over 20 minutes to get through. I’ll stick with Foodlsnd.

A good supermarket with a large range and possibly the most senior check out operator I have seen. He was very friendly and professional too.They have an extensive range of prepared and semi-prepared meals for those who are time poor. A good range of fresh fruit and vegetables too. And there's a Liquorland right next door.

Its in a terrible spot in the shops and the carparking is terrible.Besides that the store itself is nice. Besides the odd item out of stock when you need it.

I cannot believe tha amount of times at least 50% that the Deli has no Don Strasberg Surely why not increase there order. I have tried many times to ring before we go but best of luck trying to get your phone call answered

This would have to be the absolute worst Coles I have ever shopped in. Staff rude and arrogant asked if they could open another staffed check out due to line ups and the girl didn’t even look up to tell me NO. stock on shelves, too many empty spots. Fresh fruit and veg, maybe it was once but definitely not in store. Car park is a speedway and always full. Im not the only customer that has complained but clearly Coles don’t care. I will travel that little further and shop at Foodlands from now on.

By far the worst Coles down south. Hardly ever enough staff serving. The staff they have are generally rude, both on checkouts and shop floor. If you get in the way of one of those coles online staff, you'll usually get a glare, instead of an apology. Cos they obviously aren't actually being paid to do that or anything.If you go there within the first hour or two of opening, you'll be lucky to get quick service (unless you serve yourself) I notice the former express 12 items or less, no longer are represented as express checkout. If it's early and you don't want to purchase tobacco products, then you'll struggle to get service at the 12 items checkout.I prefer to keep staff employed in a job by being served by a person. Plus I don't get discount or payment to serve myself. If it wasn't for Bakers Delight in the complex I'd go to Drakes or Woolworths.Your company needs to lift its game Coles.
