Earlier this year during the first lockdown period it became apparent that my old laptop could not cope with Zoom and I had to upgrade. Ben was able to organise a new laptop for me within a very short period of time. After explaining what I needed it only took a couple of days and the new laptop was in my hand fully pre-loaded with Microsoft applications and ready to work with.Fast forward a few months and I started to have a technical issue with the laptop. After initially trying to fix it myself with the help of Google, I eventually gave up and contacted Ben. Within a few hours he was able to remotely log into my computer and run an analysis and solved the issue.I can highly recommend Ben and his team. I found every time I’m dealing with them that problems get solved quickly and efficiently, allowing me to get back to working in my business instead of worrying about how to fix things up myself. I’m very glad to have his number on my phone, confidentially knowing who to talk to in IT emergencies.
